Welcome to FitVete. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Not medical advice

FitVete provides fitness, nutrition, and body-composition estimates for informational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a health condition.

2. Estimates & accuracy

Body-composition results, calorie counts, and macro estimates are approximations generated by software and may not be exact. Use them as guidance, not absolute measurements.

3. Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information so the app can personalize your plan.

4. Subscriptions & billing

• FitVete may offer optional paid features or subscriptions through the Apple App Store.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your iPhone Settings. Prices, renewal periods, and any trial terms are shown before purchase.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to violate any law or another person's rights.

6. Intellectual property

FitVete, its content, design, and software are owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FitVete is provided "as is" without warranties, and we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
