Apple Health did not show a permission prompt

iOS usually shows the Health permission sheet only the first time. Open the Health app, tap your profile, choose Apps and Services, select FitVete, and review the data types you want to share. Then return to FitVete and refresh Health Sync.

How do I restore a subscription?

Open FitVete's subscription screen and choose Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. You are never charged for restoring an existing purchase.

How do I manage or cancel a subscription?

Open iPhone Settings, tap your Apple Account name, choose Subscriptions, then select FitVete. Apple manages billing, renewal, and cancellation.

How do I delete my account?

In FitVete, open Profile, then Settings, and choose Delete Account. Follow the confirmation steps to remove your account and associated synced data. If you cannot access the app, contact privacy@fitvete.com from the email address connected to the account.

A meal, workout, or body estimate looks wrong

FitVete's nutrition and body-composition values are estimates. Review and edit meal portions before saving, verify your profile details, and use consistent conditions for progress photos. Contact support if a repeatable app issue remains.
